Return & Exchange Policy

All products sold are non-refundable. An item can be exchanged within 7 days provided it is still in its original condition. New delivery timelines apply to products approved for exchange. Exchange policy only applies to local orders and to all categories except formals.
- Once approved, exchange code will be provided manually for exchange against the specific amount. When the customer enters the code, the amount will be settled.
- The code will be valid for a period of 1 month.
-International orders can be exchanged only if the product is flawed or not according to the agreed upon specifications.
-Items bought on sale can not be exchanged.
-Customized items can not be exchanged.
- All decisions made after product examination are considered final.
- Exchange can only take place once.
