Exchange & Return Policy

All products sold are non-refundable. An item can be exchanged within 7 days provided it is still in its original condition. New delivery timelines apply to products approved for exchange. Exchange policy only applies to local orders and to all categories except formals.

Once approved, exchange code will be provided manually for exchange against the specific amount. When the customer enters the code, the amount will be settled.
The code will be valid for a period of 1 month.
International orders can be exchanged only if the product is flawed or not according to the agreed specifications.
Items bought on sale can not be exchanged.
Customized items can not be exchanged.
All decisions made after product examination are considered final.
Exchange can only take place once.

Note: Since delivery services are provided a 3rd party, Rano’s Heirlooms does not take responsibility for any delays/disruption on behalf of the courier service.

All items part of an order will be shipped together. For an order consisting of more than 1 item, applicable delivery timeline will be according to the product that requires the maximum number of time.

Cancellation Policy

All orders can only be cancelled within one hour of placing the order.

Once the order status changes to “Processing”, the orders cannot be cancelled.

Once the product has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information and our “Exchange Policy” will apply.
Rano’s Heirlooms may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons include: the item is out of stock, price errors or the credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
